About Us
Girl Transform Initiative is community Based Organization based in Ngeria Ward with mentorship and empowerment programs dedicated to equipping young girls with knowledge, confidence, and life skills in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights(SRHR).
Our mission is to create safe spaces where girls openly discuss issues like menstrual health, gender equality, self-esteem, and personal development, empowering them to make informed choices about their futures.
We run school- based mentorship programs and community outreach initiatives, ensuring continuous support even during school breaks. Through interactive workshops, peer mentorship, digital learning, and leadership training, We help girls build resilience, break barriers and advocate for their rights.
At GTI, we believe that when a girl is empowered, she transforms not only her own life but also her community and the world.
